Return Policy
Custom banners, labels, posters, floor decals, and any custom printed product (referred to as “signage”) cannot be returned unless the error is deemed to be the fault of Pretty Props and Backdrops. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that all signage meets their specifications. If there is an issue with your signage, please email us at info@prettypropsandbackdrops.com.
Any discrepancies with your order must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. If not reported within this timeframe, Pretty Props and Backdrops will not be liable. If the mistake is found to be our fault, the signage will be reprinted and shipped at our expense.
Issues Not Covered:
Image Pixelation
Image quality depends on the type of file provided. Screenshots will be pixelated and are not high-quality images. Increasing the DPI of a raster (pixel-based) image will not improve its quality; it will decrease it. Image editing software fills in spaces based on calculations that aren't 100% accurate, reducing quality.
Remedies: a) Find new artwork (preferably in scalable vector format) or photo. b) Remake or resend the current artwork or photo in a higher resolution original format. c) Print as is.
Note: If the buyer submits their own artwork, it will be printed as is. Proofs are only sent if Pretty Props and Backdrops is providing the design.
Typographical / Spelling / Grammar Errors
Pretty Props and Backdrops is not liable for any typographical, spelling, grammar errors, etc. Ensure all wording is proofed and corrected if necessary. All proofs are final.
Color Differences
Color perception varies for everyone, and Pretty Props and Backdrops cannot guarantee an exact color match. Due to differences in ink batches, print media, and printer color profile settings, your printed product may not exactly match the color on your computer screen. If you are providing your own design, ensure it is in CMYK color mode.
